Creating From the Well Spring of Peace

A vision for our existence with God that is based on peace is crucial in a world that often feels like it is overtaken by violence. It is not difficult to locate violence; in fact, it frequently finds us. This includes violence within ourselves as well as between people, communities, and nations. The destructive force that rips through everything’s foundation is violence. But in Jesus, we witness a way of life that breaks the cycle of violence and re-establishes the relationship between people and God.

When we engage in artistic endeavors out of a violent place, it is our wounds that determine what is most real about the universe and defines that truth through formulaic artistic expression. The circle of violence is unavoidable, and individuals are not exempt from it.

Jesus guides us away from violence and into a path of peace. The fact that we have peace with God gives us a different perspective on what it means to be human.

Jesus clears the path for humanity, and peace serves as the source of all of our creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Our creative process gains depth as pain progresses and produces character, perseverance, and hope. The soul of the creative individual endures great suffering.

The growth of God’s work in our life must include our pain in order for us to be in tune with the beauty and not experience suffering alongside it. Suffering is not in vain in a life in Christ. It develops into tenacity, which develops into character, which develops into hope.

We must first develop into individuals who are honest about our pain if we are to become people of hope. The need to bury our suffering and keep it hidden from our relationship with God must be resisted. Jesus longs to touch our wounds with his wounded hands to thoroughly work on us.

Jesus taught us that we must learn to live with contradiction. The concept that there is a death that can lead to life is the most meaningful way to describe this. Along with Christ, we are buried in the ground, and as we rise, we experience a new way of living.

There are numerous things that Creative individuals need to bury. Our conceit, ego, vanity, greed, need to stand out, competitive nature and artistic conceit are all things that should be buried. We get bored of carrying around certain things. Jesus wants to bury with us our shame, our guilt for spending time creating, our self-hatred for not being great, and our embarrassment about our artistic endeavors.

God’s plan for how our time spent with Christ in the grave is changed into something new is a mystery. We enter the newness of life when we awaken. We have been freed from the things that had us buried.

With the power of new life, we are free to create in the resurrection. Our elevation and fusion with Christ are a result of the Father’s splendor. We are encouraged to produce as completely loving, kind, and compassionate beings. Resurrection creativity is what we are heading towards

Prayer: Lord Jesus let your peace flow like a river in my life and by your power, perfect all that concerns my life in the mighty name of Jesus. By the resurrection power in the name of Jesus, I overcome the power of the devil and command peace and total freedom over my life and that of my family in the name of the Father, the Son, and the holy spirit.

Amen.
